Maintenance Cleaning for Toronto Homes

Below is the list of tasks our team will perform for each maintenance cleaning.

All Rooms

Remove cobwebs and dust – ceiling, vents and wall corners
Wash window sills and inside glass panes, where safely possible
Dust ceiling fans, picture frames, lampshades and bulbs, and baseboards
Dust furniture surfaces (without multi-purpose), woodwork and shelves
Empty wastebaskets and replace with plastic bags
Wash light switches and door frames
Vacuum and wash all floors, including hallways, entrance and stairs (hand wash)
Cosmetically Clean: Straighten/make beds as needed; fluff pillows/fold blankets and straighten paperwork and knick-knacks

Kitchen

Clean appliances (exterior), inside microwave, cabinet facings, table and chairs
Clean sinks, drains and drain stops/plugs (with SOS pad). Shine with mineral oil
Clean countertops (including behind appliances/knick-knacks) and backsplashes
Clean oven range and hood, refrigerator top and exterior
