Dhyana Cleaning is on a mission to change the negative perception that plagues the house cleaning industry. We have a unique approach to house cleaning. We are cleaning for change - change within our clients' lives, and change within our own lives. What is it like working at Dhyana? 
This is definitely one of my favourite jobs I have ever had!

"Working for Dhyana Cleaning is more physically demanding than I expected at first but it is also much more rewarding and fun than I could have imagined! On a daily basis I face problem solving, thinking on my feet, and what I love about this job is my input is directly changing how we operate as a business. I have a voice in making the work more efficient, and making our jobs work better for the whole team! Katie constantly challenges me to think "what else?" when it comes to making our job better, instead of simply settling into the routine. We have regular staff meetings which help us all feel connected which is a nice change from working alone most of the time, and I feel that my team members are my friends instead of simply my coworkers. This is definitely one of my favourite jobs I have ever had!"

What have you learned about yourself while working at Dhyana?
I’ve learned that I’m a lot more resilient and stronger than I thought I was.
It’s just really nice to be helpful. It’s nice to know how much people appreciate it. I definitely enjoy doing that.

Within the company I was given the freedom to apply my talents and the chance to recognize those I was not yet aware of. House cleaning is a lot of responsibility and provides the opportunity to work with humility in the service of someone.
