Reporting to the CEO, you will be the first Operations Manager on the Dhyana Cleaning team. Responsibilities include the day-to-day gritty work, while developing operational systems and a framework to enhance our business efficiencies, while planning and executing our growth strategy. Previous operations experience is considered an asset.

You’re naturally detail oriented and work best when given a challenge. Responsibilities
Develop and implement a well-designed operations strategy
Oversee high-level HR duties, including attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures
Analyze and improve organizational processes, quality, productivity and efficiency amongst the team
Assisting Human Resources with recruiting, when necessary
Provide inspired leadership for the organization
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
Support worker communication with the management team
Scheduling and client communications
Qualifications
2 years of experience in planning and executing a successful operations strategy, experience in Operation Manager position an asset
MS Office experience, with Advanced Excel skills
Bachelor's degree in business (or a related field) and have prior experience in a management or leadership position
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize tasks to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail - do not overlook this requirement
Proactive mindset
Experience working in a team environment
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Excellent time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong experience with Google Analytics, able to generate monthly reporting and tie analytics to website conversion optimization

Responsibilities
- Manage hiring and training cycle for new staff as the company grows.
- Develop, supervise, and support existing team.
- Work closely with your fellow leadership team to address complaints, identify areas for improvement, and implement new processes.
- Stock, inspect and maintain supply locker and cleaning equipment; order supplies according to a budget.
- Adhere to established cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
- Conduct comprehensive inspections to check the completion of work assignments.
- Maintain employee records and submit reports concerning personnel, equipment, supplies, expense, and general cleaning activities.
- Advise or take necessary action to correct any mechanical, structural, or electrical condition in need of repair or replacement.
- Lead major cleaning jobs and seek to appoint leadership duties to cleaners as you see fit.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience, in a cleaning or hospitality role.
- Understands the principles behind providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage a team of laborers with respect and dignity.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively without supervision.
- Shows basic budgeting skills and the ability to keep cleaning supplies and equipment stocked according to a budget.
- Exhibits the ability to hold others accountable in a supportive and challenging way.
- Can perform several tasks at the same time.
- Shows basic computer knowledge for record and training purposes (most initial interviewing, training and meetings are currently being held online, indefinitely).
- Has a good understanding of WHMIS and Health & Safety procedures.
- Excellent decision-making and judgement skills is a must.
