In order to aid you in your decision, we have provided you with a list of frequently asked questions on our deep cleaning services.
How much notice do you need to schedule a clean?
We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests, however in order to guarantee a scheduled clean we require at least 48-hour notice.
What is the cost for a deep clean of my home? How long do you need to clean?
Cleaning estimates are based on the size of the home, number of rooms including bathrooms and kitchens. For a more accurate estimate please mark the priority tasks form included in the deep cleaning package. If possible send any photos you think would be of help in accurately assessing the amount of time needed.
What is included in a deep cleaning package?
A detailed list of what is included in a standard deep clean is included in the deep cleaning package email as well as a fillable form for a personalized list of priorities. What kind of cleaning products do you use? Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
The only supply we request from you is one toilet scrubber per toilet. Because Dhyana Cleaning is an eco-conscious company, we pride ourselves in using amazing and safe products for our cleaners, your home and the environment.
How do you access my home?
You will need to provide us with a key to keep on file, as well as any buzzer number/access codes/fob. We have a lockout charge of 50% of the service fee.
How does payment work?
Before the initial clean we request to have a credit card on file. 75% of the service fee will be charged 24 hours prior to the clean. After the clean the remaining 25% will be charged to your card and will receive an invoice via email.
I love the service I received! How do I become a regular customer?
After the initial deep clean we will send you a follow up email about your service. If you would like to continue to use your services to maintain your home we will re-evaluate pricing upon request. We have a variety of cleaning packages to meet your individual needs.
