But without great reviews, your efforts spent on enhancing your property’s photographs and literature might go to waste. Provide a few bottled water for guest to consume when they arrive. Especially if water is not drinkable where your Airbnb is located.
Provide a coffee maker along with a selection of coffee blends, tea bags and hot chocolate mix. Include on-the-go cups so your guests don’t have to miss a beat while sipping their hot beverage.
Have a folder of useful information like: 1) pamphlets of tourist attractions around the city, 2) list of delivery options (with your property’s address visible for easy access when ordering), 3) list of good dining out options nearby and phone numbers for reservations, 4) provide maps (area, city and public transportation maps all with your property highlighted - or the nearest station/stop to your property)
Include in the folder above or placed in a visible location, all necessary instructions pertaining to your Airbnb property. Include wifi information (if providing), entertainment device operations (tv, stereo, Netflix, chromecast etc.), air conditioning/heating instructions, laundry/dryer and/or dishwasher manuals, gym or pool location/access (if available in the building) etc.
Add some personal touch to make your guests feel welcome and special. Take the time to know your guest by reading their reviews of past Airbnb experiences.
